uhhhh yeah it's all about percentages... not actual money given...

its a joke if you actually look into it, which I did a few years ago in university... US gives like 0.76% of their GDP whereas most countries give like 5-10%... USA gives the most so they can say look we gave the most, but they should be matching % wise with the rest of the world...

and don't even try to compare USA to China or India (or anywhere else that has been kept down so we can thrive)... both of these countries are poor as fuck and are now only starting to develop into a country like ours.

and you have seen the strides that China has made in the oylmpics the last like 10 years... because they are getting rich and they have a FUCK load of people lol

and yes you have more homeless and such, but that doesn't mean anything... we all have the same percentage amount of retards, fat fucks, etc.... you just have a larger population base to support the larger amount of fucktards...

ITS ALL ABOUT ACTUAL MONEY GIVEN

If person A makes 100,000 a year, and person b makes 1,000,000 should they both need to donate the same percent?

Lets say we take your way of thinking and say you are greedy unless you donate 10% of your wages. Why would one person have to donate 100,000 just to not be seen as greedy, when others can donate much less and not be called greedy?

Bill Gates and his wife give MILLIONS to charity every year. Are they greedy because they donate less than 1% of their total worth? NO.



Its like taxes.

The people at the top should be paying the lowest % of they're income to taxes, whereas the lower bracket people should have to pay a higher %. NOT the other way around.

The US does not deserve sole credit for the allies wining WWII, however if Germany only had to fight a one front war, russia would have eventually fell(after the winter).

Great Britain was done. They could not have mounted a significant offense alone at that point.

Yea who knows what could have happened. Britain was as good as dead but by the time USA came in full force (D-day), Russia had pretty much pushed Germany all the way back out of Ukraine and all those other USSR smaller countries..

like i mentioned in the chatbox

because Canada lost to the USA, they dont get a bye, which means they play 1 extra game.

Sweden, USA, Russia, and Finland get to REST while Canada has to dress up and face Germany, and while Germany is not favored i doubt they are going to just let the Canadians walk over them.

And then, should they win vs Germany, they will face a fully rested Russian team.

That USA game was crucial and they blew it.

In fact, all they had to do was tie in regulation, then they could have gotten 4th spot and faced a lesser team in first elimination rounds, almost guaranteeing a semi final game

Resting is not always a good thing. If Canada finds their swing against Germany, they will come in rolling with momentum against a cold russian team. Having some extra days off is not always a good thing.
