I'm guessing the operation was pushed back until the expected Christmas update. You can probably blame the newest Halloween update. Expect late November, hope for earlier release.

Yeah, I was just about to post this. Also, word on Reddit from an unconfirmed source is that VIP mode is coming back.
I wouldn't be surprised if the new Operation hits this week or next week.

I'm very happy to see de_season, de_facade, de_bazaar, and de_marquis included. Good choices. I'm disappointed with the skins, however.
