What is everyone's thoughts on this trade? We get John Buck, Josh Johnson, Mark Buerhle, Jose Reyes. Players of note we gave were Alvarez, Escobar, and some propects.
I think this trade is amazing for the Jays. They got the 2 starting pitchers they need (really good ones at that), and they picked up Reyes and Buck to boot. Batting order of Reyes, Rasmus, Bautista, Encarnacion, Lawrie looks really good. Pitching rotation of Buerhle, Johnson, Romero, Morrow, Happ/Drabek looks even better.

I don't really want to touch this topic yet until everything is official, plus anything can happen from now until April. However, right now the team looks pretty sweet on paper. Once again Boston 2 years ago and Hoob still cries himself to sleep at night.

I would like to see Josh Johnson traded if AA doesn't expect to sign him for money if he does well in 2014, his agent already stated he will be looking to sign a large contract. Our team looks good 1-9 however I'm still waiting to see what he does with the catcher role, with Buck joining, Arencibia and D'arnaud its getting awfully crowded.

Also looking to getting Seasons tickets for the 500s this year.
