No problems so far here on x64. Make sure you do not let Windows update your graphic drivers. Always go to nvidia.com and download the latest (I like the latest beta drivers).

Its the game mechanics of CS 1.3-1.6 + graphics of CS:S or better (eventually). New animations, new sounds, better radar, etc. If you were a fan of CS 1.6, you will probably be a fan of this.

I'm not sure but given the download page, it says Client + Server, so I would image if you have a CSS server, you will be able to run this server.
