do you know if i already have a retail copy of the game, and i purchase the direct download, do i actually still need to download? or like do they just provide a cd key i can use with the retail, that EA downloader thing is flippin gay.

They provided me with a Product Key. You should be able to use it with a retail (or not) copy.

grabbed it too, i am hoping the "unlock code" they gave me will work with the retail disks, downloading the game is flippin bs still, looks like you have to install some EA download manager, which i think is an adobe product in disguise.
