LOL! Exactly. The Vanilla pub has to be different. Otherwise we should have just made a Toronto Darkly #2 server, which if you think about could divide the players if we have two identical servers. So the vanilla is a different game play, not the same maps, so it not only attracts a different crowd, but it gives us a chance to play something different than the pub if we want some change.

I know some servers who will you to their secondary server if the main one is full. Can we do this?
If TD is full, when you join it automatically connects you to Vanilla. Should help build population and keep players from going to other servers, *cough cough wink wink*

yeah i thought the same thing, but once hearing what LB had in mind i tend to agree with him. being that the 2 servers have different game play, some people may search specifically for NO AWP/AUTO and then all of a sudden they are connected to server that has AWP and AUTO.

Didn't we have a server called Chicago Darkly that was the same a the Toronto Darkly server and it was empty most of the time?
That was more of a TD clone, and didn't have the same member support this one seems to be enjoying. TD also seems to be far busier than usual now, so the people that can't get in go to the Vanilla server.

The Chicago Darkly server was good. But I guess cause it was empty most of the time it is time for change. And I think that is why LB decided to change the second servers style of game play.

Chicago Darkly did pretty well when people attempted to populate it. I think me Tarin were the only two trying to populate it, besides the DGN staff. I still think we should have Chicago based CS server, the west coast could use one too. We had a box for TF2 in Seattle right? Anyway a clone server would work if we had the active participation to populate it.
Chicago is a good possibility for CS:GO. Fuck CS:S.

Yeah I liked the Chicago based server cause my latency was better. I also tried to help populate it. Maybe if we advertised the other servers on each server it might help.

i really like this new server and i get a better latency response on it
+1!!! i don't know what it is, but its like a 20ms difference. because of the lack of plugins running or maybe just less people in that server at a time, i don't know; either way i notice quite a difference.
Hey I haven't played cs: s in forever but the other night I just felt the urge to play some cs source so I did. I enjoyed it, I didn't realize I was not in a pub cause I saw awpers and I couldn't bet then I realized it was not the pub
