One last thing: in power options, you can go into advanced settings to set the max CPU threshold to 80% or something. Test a few values. This will limit the chip a bit, but you may lose a ton of heat in exchange just a small downgrade in speed, therefore keeping shit smoother. You may not need full CPU load depending on the games you play. If it's just tf2 shyte I would even go as low as 50-60%.
 
Well for the most part the problem is resolved my laptop is running a lot smoother now and leaving the battery out and keeping the bottom panel off really keeps it cool. If the heating problem returns I'll get a buddy of mine to change the thermal paste or maybe I'll just pay him to build me a nice desktop well see what happens.
Anyways thank you all for your help and suggestions. This forum beats all the other tech forums any day
