These are just what I have read so far and some suggestions, take'em or leave'em.

So, everyone shows up on the same day (I suggest a Sunday perhaps) on Vent. Those with full teams (BYOT) can play, and the rest that haven't formed a team will form teams that day.

I can see enough showing up for about four teams being made that day... So a quick half round robin for warm-up, and then top two skilled teams go head to head, like Steve suggested so that there is some semblance of hope for lesser skilled teams. I would suggest a best 2 of 3 on pre-selected maps (ie. dust/nuke/train) (unless there are a shit load of teams) and same for the final. (strike/inferno/whatever)

We will need 'refs' and someone to be like 'head' co-ordinator to make sure the servers always have teams playing. Or to act as a center of information "ie. Where the fuck is Kerpees? Co-ordinator: He said he was taking a piss"

With the people likely to show up I think this is entirely feasible, and you can count Kerpes in.

You said "play B short, but play back so you don't get picked from mid"... then raged on me for not playing up far enough. No offense but if you're playing mid you should know before anyone if someone is going to go up that ladder.

I certainly wasn't playing well as far as aim goes but as a team we were getting the job done. 7-8 as CT's on strike is pretty damn good, regardless, who cares. This isn't the place for this.

You said "play B short, but play back so you don't get picked from mid"... then raged on me for not playing up far enough. No offense but if you're playing mid you should know before anyone if someone is going to go up that ladder.

I figured you'd know to always be able to cover the door.. which is why I got so annoyed and disappointed.

I wasn't playing mid the whole time so I couldn't keep an eye on my own ass. I was trying to also help brains/freshy at A where they were getting torn up.

lol im not about to get trolled by you but:

1) in your scrim, I wasn't playing n00b, I was playing semi-meh. I still second fragged on T. What we lacked in that scrim was someone calling T side. I wasn't the captain, you were fork. That was your failure.

2) I shouldn't have shot to you in the head, but meh you were being a faggot. You raged on us after I told 44 and the other team mate "Nice Try" after they lost a clutch to revived. I'm sure 44 can confirm this.

3) I banned you from vent for talking shit after the scrim, was over.

4) you were kicked from the game server because we had 10 and were ready to scrim again. That scrim went on to be a good one.
