i am completely down for this, even if its b,y,o.t.
Would be pretty sweet to set up some kind of fantasy draft on the website though :)

I agree with Drew... set a date for the tourney... no pre-selecting teams bullshit and having 50% of the people bail when the day comes... whoever wants in on the tourney joins by like 1 pm on that given day, and we select teams from there... no need to worry about bailers and shit...

+1 we have two scrim servers. This is exactly what i had been proposing. Set a day ahead of time, people know what day it is and if they cannot make it, then don't sign up. We decide on a process for team picking and captains. The tournament will take a couple of hours.
We also have SourceTV set up. We can broadcast it so people can watch the matches. Or at least the final.
We can make this work guys.

So, everyone shows up on the same day (I suggest a Sunday perhaps) on Vent. Those with full teams (BYOT) can play, and the rest that haven't formed a team will form teams that day.

So a quick half round robin for warm-up, and then top two skilled teams go head to head, like Steve suggested so that there is some semblance of hope for lesser skilled teams.
