@HBC:

Mah Chili Con Carne:
3lbs Ground Beef
1 Large Spanish Onion
2 Bell Peppers (any colour u want)
3-4 Cups Beef Broth
3 Jalepenos (more or less to your spiciness likings)
2 Habanero Peppers (more or less to your spiciness likings)
2 Large Cans of Mixed Beans (kidney, chic, etc and drain juice)
2 Large Cans of Diced Tomats (DO NOT drain the juice, use it)
1 Large Can of plain Tomato Sauce
1 6oz (approx) Can of Tomato Paste
1 Large Can of Whole Kernel Corn (peaches n cream, sweet n crisp, watever ya like but again DO NOT drain)
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Chilli Powder
Beer (if you want)

1. Cook Up the Ground Beef in a large stewing pot while seasoning with salt, pepper, chili powder and a bit o sugar (don't add too much chili powder or salt/pep yet as you can add more later to your liking)
2. Dice up onions and bell peppers finely and add the ground beef. Stir until onions are translucent and peppers get softer)
3. Dice up your Jalepenos and Habeneros finely and add to beef/onion/bell peps (remember to WASH YO HANDS after cutting. Rubbing your eyes can end your life)
4. Add Cans of diced tomatoes with juice, add tomato sauce and paste
5. Drain beans and add to pot
6. Add Corn to pot
7. Add Beef Broth and Stir
8. Add more Salt/Pepper/Chili Powder if needed and add Beer (if you want, personally I dont think beer flavour transfers but some ppl like to add it)
9. Bring chili to a boil then reduce heat to SIMMERRRR
10. Wait an hour or two until the chili is reduced to a chili-ish texture
11. Fill some bowls, grab some crusty bread for dipping and ENJOY

I've been meaning to get some eggplant lately, tastes great cut up, slathered in olive oil and baked with some oregano and sun-dried tomatoes on top. That's actually pretty similar to how I bake a salmon fillet, both are simple and taste great. Speaking of European cuisine like bucky jr was, an easy and damn good tasting Hungarian food is lecso (pronounced letcho). here is the recipe, as you can see it's no work at all, is healthy food, and tastes great on a bed of rice. Of course, when you whip up something like that it's expected that the side (in this case rice) be on-point too. To that end, I like to make sure it's brown rice mixed together with wild rice and some turmeric for colour and taste. Bean salad on the side is also a great addition to this, and bam you have a complete meal.

Easily my favorite Quinoa recipie, tastes really good.

Poor Man Soup
A couple can Beans in tomato sauce
A couple can Diced tomato, dump those in a tupper ware, store in fridge, you can take a bowl out whenever to microwave, if you add some shredded cheese I think you complete a protein. I usually eat this, porridge, sardine, egg, and meatball subs from subway and some frozen vegetable. Errday.

Finally these guys have a good chicken recipe, I make it from time to time, but it's kinda expensive.

This is the best way to kick start your day with ThomasTronics Casual Breakfast:

Get a bowl. Make sure its clean. Get a box of frosted flakes. Open that shit up. Pour into bowl.
Get milk out of fridge. pour milk over frosted flakes until bowl is full.
Get cup of coffee.

Eat Drink Enjoy

And for those of you that DON'T have breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day. A child could tell you that!

Thanks for telling us it's the most important meal of the day, however I don't believe sugared flakes and coffee constitutes for being healthy, pretty ironic though TT

Cabbage slaw
> shred your cabbage and add rest of chipoltes and a tbs. of vinager, mix and let sit at room temp

Pico de gallo
> cut the tomato, onion, and cilatro how ever you want, season with salt and the juice of two limes

Heat your oil to 350 degrees F (i don't know what that is in C)

Fry each tortillia shell for 5 seconds, and pat dry.

Fry each piece of fish for about 5 mins, drop in on at a time and do in two batches or more.

Recipie #2 HBC's Pretenious Pesto

This is my play on the classic basil pesto

Ingredients
> 1 bunch of parsley
> 1 clove of galic
> 1 cup pecans
> 1 tsp of salt
> 1/4 cup of oil
> 1/4 of parmesan cheese

Place all ingreidents in a food processor and chop untill mixed well.

This makes a great speard for crackers, add some mayo and its is awsome on sandwiches. If you heat up some cream in a pan and add the pesto it makes a great pasta sauce, especially with chicken, mushrooms and roasted red peppers.
