-1 for me. while he's usually respectful, he's tried to shark me, and several other people on #2, and doesn't seem to have a firm grasp on the server rules.

Seen him do some good on the servers as some people have said, and does seem mature for his age.. but i'd have to -1 as well. Nothing against him personally, just although exceptions can be made about age I feel 12 is too young. I just imagine him having a hard time dealing with older players regardless of how mature he is, I can't see most of them taking someone this young seriously regardless of their mod/admin status, and I can see them causing trouble for him on purpose (can even imagine 1 or 2 regulars who might try this) because it's the internet and people are assholes.
