I think the server needs a additional versions of dust2, I mean we have dust2_night and dust2 but imagine if we added dust2_blood_moon, dust2_sunrise, dust2_solar_eclipse. Then instead of playing both back to back we could play the same map with different weather and lighting literally all day

they should have a version with dynamic weather so in the course of 30 rounds, it rains, thunders, snows, hails, shines and cycles day and night

Ask the server which versions of Mirage, Dust II and Inferno are preferred and keep that version. The layouts are the same, so no one has to learn anything new. But there's no need for Dust II to follow Dust II (Night) because the nomination list, or the choices polled for the nextmap, can't detect that they're the same map.

Even though someone modified the CS:GO version to night, it's really bad; The extra lighting causes all sorts of frame drops and is plain old wrong in terms of aesthetics. It no longer matters to me since I uninstalled the game and will no longer support the the GO server.
