What is a 'Good Game' anymore?

I love ME3. Period.
I won't state the reasons, there's too much for me. But I just can't understand why people "zero-bombed" the game on metacritic. And honestly, the reasons people bashed the game weren't good at all...
Why fuckin vote 0 on a game when you only played 2 or 3 hours? It's like saying you don't like this or that food and you never even taste it...

They're probably trying to kill the ratings due to the simple fact they are too stupid to play the game and enjoy it. *Should fire then forcefully hang those critics. I'd personally love to remove their hands with a dull blade so they never post another stupid blog again* Are completely Biased on BF3, are poking at the COD title becoming a 'instant seller', or are being payed out by competitors. I wouldn't be surprised if EA had underhanded tricks in all of this. Lets come up with another insane lawsuit shall we? We'll be copyrighting all of the materials that even closely resemble this game. (Like the age old tanks game)

Origin is like the very first fuck that failed to fly. Forcing something onto players that has NO excuse to be terrible in this day and age. Steam's a terrific example of what to do and how to do it, and do it right, not better, or 'best' but right. Right for gamers, right for developers, right for corporates, right for everyone.

There's other lesser known examples but when you put enough effort into it with the correct values, you'll end up getting something that will really be appreciated by all.

As for the BF3 vs. MW3, I don't pick sides as I have not nor have any intention to play any of their titles, however I did play COD and the expansion UO and I thought they were pretty good. Battlefield...not so good, probably didn't spend enough time on it, but goes to show how I prefer detail than simple

It doesn't make sense to alienate your customer base by throwing homosexuality into a game in order to please 3-4% of the population. I never play games with gayness (except CS on darkly servers), and I'm sure I'm not alone in that.

Who the hell cares about whether a game has these features or not? If you're going to be upset or simply not play due to this behavior, I think its time you woke up and smelled the post burnt coffee.

For the record, I'm Heterosexual, but if a game loses too much of its human face as seen in life, it tends to stay like that, a game, with nothing new to see. New features and options are what's not only going to sell, but should show a sign that times change, others will have to, or be left behind. I really don't mind seeing people play with each other being female on female or male on male, because I'm fairly certain I can make things much, much worse than seeing 'Gay' online.

They talk about playing with their parts. I talk about how to slice someone's throat and why you should hang yourself if you ever want to truly be free.

Edit: Association 1 is similar to Association 3. Try seeing how its based on a one-view only. Association 2 is more gamer direct, especially about Origin. There is absolutely no excuse for it to fail this bad in this day and age. Remember people having to re-buy Battlefield? Derp.

Being on Origin alone stops me from purchasing ME3. Adding queer shit to the mix makes it even less attractive. Yes, you have a choice to fall down that path, but catering to the 3-4% like Post said, won't help your sales much. I guess they're really hurting for gamers, or their developers can't decide to use a joystick or not *grins*

in my experience, gamers have no idea what they want...ESPECIALLY console gamers. While playing they say they want more, the next iteration comes out they say they want it like it was...

Shouldn't have been born. If they had of incorporated themselves with the Steam network, they'd have way more support, more fans, more gamers.

Origin is terrible... wannabe steam. Origin killed BF3 almost as much if not more than BF3 killed BF3

Agreed with both of you. However, will EA see light? No, instead, their latest scheme was making sure all content in games is copyrighted and anything that has even a short, similar appearance, is removed from the internet.
