Ok, so me and Shake N Bake had agreed to spycrab a Tour of Duty ticket vs a Strange Carbanado Knife. We had agreed that the rules would be first to 3 wins (he had requested this over voice chat) but I had wrote the agreement and the rules in text chat. He would agree to this. I would end up winning 3-1. He then try to pull the quick switch item trick on me (it was a failed one lol) on me for his ethernal reward. I would then quickly take sceenshots of this and inform him over voice chat that I will be reporting him. He would then change his name to Tryhard Spy so he would avoid getting caught. Kandi also informed me that he had also tried to scam her before.

Therefor it is not a scam just a misunderstanding :)

Yes, i did cancel the trade because he would not accept the offer that he won fair and square!

Yes but you disconnected the moment I called you out on quick switching your items, which is a form of scam. Also if you check the trade (before there was an error saying you canceled) you put in the carbinado spy knife which is 3.33 ref vs my tod which is 3.33 ref

Tux, I know for a fact that the day before this incident, Shake pulled almost the exact same scam on you. Why would deal with this person a second time? Shake must be dealth with, but there is some level of "personal responsibility" that must be taken on your part. If you spycrab with known scammers, you will get burned.

I actually had a recording of the incident he had done yesterday BUT for some reason the video was really glitchy and had no agreement btween the spycrab with me and him. So I decided to this again except this time I have all the proof needed to show that he had actually spycrab run. I knew that he would do the same act so might as weell have him reported and be punished then

If I understand Wrexxman correctly, you're missing the point. You need to get a handle on your spycrabbing, dude. This is just reckless. And like your long-winded trade advertisements, I know I've talked to you about this before.

And for future reference, Wrexxman, while I appreciate your input (especially an excellent point like you made), you shouldn't comment on reports unless you have evidence to contribute.
