Are you not a privileged white male? If not what are you? You live in Toronto, you have a job, you smoke pot when you want, you do what you want when you want, you have opportunities. You must have no privileges.
I'd rather pay 7% taxes and then take the other 23% I'd pay in taxes and pay for my own health care, pension plan and such. Because CPP won't be around when I go to use it (you also), health care fails people everyday, We'll see how much you love your social programs till you rely on them and see just how shitty they are.

@ ThomastTronics - I think Cock was just pointing out the irony in the statement of 'priviledged white males' when we (as in Canadians [any] in general) say they dont appreciate government initiatives because the irony is most of us use or have used some gov't subsidized service before. Exactly, I am a privileged white male, and yet I want others to share in my super easy life style.
I want society to move together as a whole rather then a privlegded portion of it moving forward while the unlucky and minorities are left behind.
Our money is squandered on buying useless million dollar Fighter Jets or Propaganda videos for Harper.
We should be putting more money to improve Education, Health Care, and, renewable energy.
