also i noticed that there's a few blank spaces between the banner and the forum for me, i can edit the banners so they fit, but not sure about dimensions

Changed background of white theme to black. There was too much white IMO. Taking suggestions for other colors (provide code ie: 7b7b7b) or submit an image to use as background.
