wanted: SOUND CARD

as people here in the community have experienced before, BC2/dice doesn't compute with realtek based sound cards.

so i bought a sound card this summer, but the current PCI card i bought i've been having constant issues with, something with windows 7 and the drivers.

anyway, i'm looking for a PCI-express sound card with optical out. if anyone here has one they are willing to sell, or one laying around for free??? (student budget) :) i'd be more than happy to take it off your hands. pay shipping of course.

nah thanks for the offer tho salvador!

i just installed windows drivers for my onboard card and it fixed the problem with BC2, as per BJ's advice.

so i don't need the card anymore, thanks tho!

I still rock XP and my only concern has ever been how to increase the bass so I truly have no idea.

Well B.F.A., I'll let this card go for stupid cheap because it's just sitting around becoming obsolete in my closet otherwise. at the very least, it's better than anything Realtek has ever made drivers for
