Headed to the UK + Ireland next spring. Anyone every been and have any suggestions?

Hitting up London, Edinburugh and Dublin (Surrounding area if there is time)

Biggest issue is finding a place to stay, currently looking into flats at airbnb.com

England is super expensive. I was stayin at my cousins flat in Brighton, a lovely lil place with great eats and shops by the channel. Could take a day trip to stonehenge for like 30£ incl return bus and it wasn too long or far from London. The hostels in ireland are overpriced and very much a dump but ireland is worth checkin for their castles n the guiness brewery. Their food sucks and the food in uk does too (no offence zacky lol) very pubby or fried fast food joints. A good meal can only be made by you or be prepared to spend a pretty penny or quid to eat nice

There is a lot of good food places in England, you just need to know where to go.
And to know that, you need to have lived here for a few years :P

Or maybe the Canadian/US food pallet is different?
So good to me is different to you?

Either way, no offense taken.
I'm not a very patriotic person.
