What is with the influx of cheaters on the servers?

Are Trade servers being used to test the new Steam Workshop cheats or am I missing something here?

If @Tick Tock Man banned him, it is not in the database. I have created it once again. Ensure users who are victims to Cheats/Hacks are reporting the user to Steam, so that VAC is not entirely reliant (or hampered) on incompetent support personnel.

I banned him in-game. It it isn't showing up then will repeat the process via SB.
