Meh, so far it's ok. I do like the zombies crawling around all over cuz they have no lower half, better than all the zombie movies where they are portrayed as athlete runners lol

i guess its just moving slow for me, though it is heavily character based.

It is The WALKING Dead lol and is based on Image graphic novel series of the same name.

The show is slow to start because they are gonna have to make a season last about zombie survival.

The series will probably get better, and yea the SFX is pretty tight. I like how the zombies goes back to the more original concept George A. Romero created with his originals.

i watched the first 2 eppisodes tonight thought they were pretty good, ive read the first 4 parts of the comic so im gonna be watching this from now on.

I've finished reading book/vol. 5 and it was pretty damn good.

I like this comic/tv series cuz it isn't so much about the zombies as it is how humanity and sanity in humans crumbles apart in this zombie apocalypse.

I think they're gonna do a lot of heavy character development in the first season. A couple new characters that don't exist in the novels are in the TV show. Wonder what they'll spin.

Iv been reading The Walking Dead comics and they are sweet. I enjoy the tv show too but i think the comics are better but show is still good. It starts slower cause you gotta get to know the characters first, and what zombie movie starts out fast lol. They all start with one guy who doesnt know whats going on the finding it all out and being scared shitless. Breaking Bad is fantastic too i just finished the second season looking forward to see the rest of it.

Robert Kirkman has said already the two are in different universes (kind of like the Marvel Comics and the Marvel Movies...) and that he actually wanted to take the TV Show in a different direction because he wanted to try some stuff he couldn't in the comic's now or then because of fans and character stories and past experiences set in solid stone.
Point is, shows good. The comic's good. shits great.
