Why do you want to be a DARKLY TF2 Admin:Well i'm sort of people crashing the server ,and i want to help the community as best as I can.

Actually, according to your stats page, based on the Steam ID you posted here.
You only have just over 20 hours of playing the servers.
That isn't very long considering you started connecting to the servers a month ago.

Also, it appears that you have a VAC ban.
Care to elaborate on that?

As someone with vac bans you are not eligible for admin.
