Unfortunately you just started using the servers on January 30th, which is nowhere near 1 month since you first started playing on the servers. Also you have about 38 hours, which is less than 40. Stick around and get to know everyone on the forums. You can reapply by editing your original post when you have qualified for those requirements. :)
