Reason: The player had spammed the text chat with trade offers.
Additional Information: I had asked the player nicely to stop spamming the chat via text chat and the player responded and apologized for doing so. About 30 seconds later the player began to resume spamming the chat window with trade offers.

"Do not spam the mic during game play. During rounds, the mic should be used for tactical purposes related to the actual game. Leave the idle chit-chat for when you have died. Continually using radio commands to spam is also off limits."
