this is the program and an actual screen shot of it from my computer:

basically once you're on it you just leave it on and running in the background then you load up cs source

goto console and type:
connect 5.155.51.153

then press enter and then we can all practice and stuff for an hour or however long.

I have done this before when practicing with people, it's safe and stuff, don't worry! The whole app is less than 4mb!
