Strange one .... Server has players... but Server Not Responding messsage

I have been trying to get on the server and can't seem to get on. It is no longer in my favorites... and when I try to load the IP it is not coming up with TD ... clicked on the server from the site and got Server Not Responding... took a screen shot... any ideas??

Damn.... was getting on through my friends list... would be able to join when a friend.. was playing... just tried now .. got an error and HL2 restarted .. and boom there is TD in my favorites.. WTF is that. Love computers... going to go back to rock tablets and chisels....

there have been a few steam updates the last few days... meaningless from what I've seen...

maybe it has something to do with this?
