OK i know it has been a while since this topic has been commented on but i HAVE to put in my 2 cents. Dave is the most arrogant, rudest, childish douche ever to walk the face of the earth. I am days away form leaving Skial due to him having many admins by the balls and then doing all his dirty work, and having free reign of the forums with little to no repercussions. Skial is itself is a great forum, and i have chatted with MANY great Admins. But he has a few of them doing his dirty work. He should just be made admin since he gets what he wants because most are his buddy. He IS a scammer. No if, and or buts. I am glad to see a trade server that disallows him to trade on their servers. This makes Darkly my NEW trade server. Good for you for knowing what's best. :clap:

And you know what makes this even sadder? He now runs a shit group called Dominion. A place where you can do Raffles. How can someone trust a ex-scammer to do a legit raffle and not make sure the prize goes to one of his buddies?

Sorry, but I feel this is needed to not show Dave as a completely shadowy figure.
You, JohnnyGaloshes, actually won a raffle which was hosted by his raffle group. I'm not entirely sure if that deems him as a scammer with no "ifs" or "buts" because there's certainly room for doubt here. No, I'm not Dave, and no, this isn't falsified. I simply provide this evidence:

No problem, there's obviously some hate for him around here, so I was expecting a little flak at the very least.

I encourage you to link to your steam profile. I am eager to see whom is sticking up for him.

And yes, i did enter and win this raffle, and upon receiving notice of winning such raffle i was greeted with "Hurry up and take f*****g this thing so i can delete you off my friends list.". Upon receiving the item i was then asked "You won something from me, i suppose i will still be called a scammer from you?" As if that would change anything. I won it fair and square. And i honestly was amazed i did win it as i expected him to scam me out of it with a pre-recorded random drawing that would make sure i didn't win. Perhaps he deliberately made me win in hopes i would ease off on him and stop calling him the scammer he is at every opportunity. One must question this.

As for entering a raffle from Dominion, it was not my choice. I entered the draw which was offered by Yada, traded him my money then was told i HAD to join Dominion as they we're doing it. I knew would not get a refund (as it clearly states in his steam profile page for Dominion) so unfortunately i had to join that unpleasant group. Upon receiving my gift i was happy to accept it AND happy to remove myself immediately from the group.

Also you providing a picture of the said exchange of the hat i had won AND the fact you have a photo of the list on entrants makes me very suspicious of your intentions here. How would YOU have such a photo. Also it seems quite sneaky on your part as the first postings you do is for this thread itself? It is almost like you came here just to vindicate him. Are you Dave or did you come here to try to clear his name as per his request.

As with anything pertaining to Dave, it is sneaky workings going on here.
