There is still some info missing (i.e Inv History pic, which I assume youre working on). I see nothing in Hairys chat log about that crab. not even him agreeing to the crab.. Was he using mic? In Spras Chat history I dont see WHO hes crabbing. All thats in his is a count down and what hes crabbing for. Nothing about the rules or agreement they planned to go by, and not seemingly directed at anyone. Its to vague to go on, considering there was nothing I saw in Hairys chat history to piece the two together... All I see in Hairys, is him (after the fact) saying/ telling others not to crab spraitas. Some the evidence is to vague to work with. I looked at the report on steamrep, but I couldnt access the screenshots or video of the proof in that report. If you are able to gather more evidence, Ill galdly look at it again. As for now, I will put a note on spraitas as a runner and keep eye out for him. If I see him crabbing I will make sure to get a video.


To other admins- Please leave this thread open for now. As Id prefer to just add evidence (if gathered) to the report. Thanks

As per the video on SteamRep, I could not access it on my computer but it played just fine on my phone. He ran thetr as well, no doubt about it. I will try to get it working on my computer and re-record it to YouTube.

Please note what others were saying in chat (screenshots show this) about him already running previously.

I will not be getting the inventory history, unfortunately. The victim is to stubborn to give it to me, so whatever.

If you can at least temp him for a bit while the situation is investigated myself along with others would appreciate it.
I hate to see this guy running rampant like this.

I had been considering a temp ban because of multitude of people that seem to know hes run.. But it brought up the question... if SO many people know.. and they are constantly saying it.. Why are people stupid enough to continue to crab him or not use a middleman... I mean, at some point it falls upon the victims to use common sense.

I have rejected the victim's report, sadly this one will have to be as well.

If the victim is unwilling or unable to cooperate I cannot continue and justify a ban. As the admin above me stated, we cannot cure stupidity, if they end up getting scammed out of their goods, it is their own fault and liability for failing to either follow common protocols or in the unlikely event it happens, failure to create a proper report.
