Unless I am reading differently, you were banned because 'TD reason'? I am not part of it but I understand that the ban reasons change quite a bit.
Rule #1. Do not talk about TD outside of TD.

I did not get to read anything else because my ability to view the TD section a year back was granted on accident. Just recently, I had 'Staff' part of my name before that got changed too.
