He opened a ticket with Steam for a trade reversal. We'll see where that goes, but hopes are low on that.

He is going to file a report, but i would prefer deferring it to Gatherix or jakksilves since I've personally not done a scammer report yet and the stakes on this one are quite high.

The person that scammed the buds has also already either sold them to another guy or transferred them to an alt and claimed they were sold.

This is a very serious matter and will not be taken lightly.

I can see how he tricked you, yet I don't think he did, he may have fallen for the temptation of 7 Earbuds, which rank up around an average of nearly $300.00 if sold correctly.
