Although this kid of report is rather trivial to warrant a stern hand... we'll keep an eye out for him and remind him of the server rules the next time he decides to try that while one of the admins are on.

The mute feature in game also blocks text chat as well as voice, also remind other users in game that this is how the feature works and makes everyone happy.

Hopefully we can figure out a way to get the !report feature to work again so people won't have to resort to using that.
