Those numbers are based on how long you have been playing as a Sniper, not based on your kills etc.

Based on Kills:
Me - 25
Kharn - 28
Newb - 100
Jakk - 206

I think if you hit someone in the head with the Sydney is still deals the extra damage, it just doesn't count as a headshot.
Maybe that's what it's counting?

Cheese told me of that private thread. He said it was just some discussion about the new mods. I think he said either you or Mizz said that they were gonna take a break and let the new mods do everything, and then Gatherix was gonna throw a party without one of you guys.
