Description: I know there is a lack of evidence but I promised I would TRY to make a report as best as i could for flutter. I was on #2 when Flutter asked me if I was an admin/mod. He then said that he won a crab but the loser left. I then added him and he gave me the runner's steam ID, said he changed his name and stuff. Looked at both their events/ chats and then runner's chat ends with him saying "2-2" and a minute later it shows he leaves. They were crabbing a rec btw.
