The amount of times you used those commands worries me. No current Staff member uses that many of those types of commands anyway (slay, teleport, etc.) You would probably have been dismissed.

To answer your question:

To begin with, the reason I used the command was because there was no admin neither someone who would put stop to people forcing rtd's or slaying the whole server. I don't slay people just because there is something they did that I don't like.

On a side note: As a player I think is more satisfying to beat someone fair and square than with cheats.


As a mod. I do not have to go and use in game commands, but I'm able to just simply make a report and kick/ ban people who keeps doing repeatedly (this of course, thoroughly analyzing the situation. I know Ban and Kick commands are not something to use as freely as a simple resize.

Not trying to turn your application into a huge debate, so I will close with this.

No matter the reason, exploiting server bugs and using commands that are not intended for premium users is bannable, and has gotten a lot of people taken off of the servers for doing so. You can use the !report command if you need any assistance with problems on the servers. When you report, it is way faster then messaging people on your friends list to join and will reach out to any staff members online. Our staff will act as fast as we can to fix the issue, but we are only human and can't be on the servers 24/7 which should be expected. It can be frustrating if the timing is not right, but taking matters into your own hands is unacceptable. Even if you have the power to do so.

Ripper, I wasn't calling you out for getting competitive when you dm. That has nothing to do with what I'm saying. What I was trying to tell you is that people who act to get results right away as a regular could be even more abusive as an actual staff member. I'm not saying that you act impulsively. I simply wanted to know what drove you to do what you did.

I still haven't seen you enough to give a vote. So I will stay neutral for the time being.

To all this. All Im doing is answering the questions I'm being asked and giving reasons on why I think that way. Nothing else. I haven't mention anything. I do anyway consider this already denied since the command abuse problem. So as I see the answers I get everytime I give my opinion are not really favorable. For me this is a Q&A. Not here to argue.

It should be noted that I am the only one to vote No explicitly so far, and my vote is only one of many. Who is to be promoted is a community decision, so the rest of the Staff will need to review the circumstances and make their own choice...

I can't seem to recall why but I have always kept a close eye on you whenever I saw your name pop up on the servers when I was still active.
You must have done something enough times for your name to stick in my mind for well over a year.
It's a no from me based on that fact, accompanied by your ridiculous command abuse.

Ripper, I like you and I see potential, however, it's a no for me right now based on the perm abuse. Your attitude and behaviour have gotten better, please keep that up I think you are a great asset to the community. At this point though it's a broken trust that will need to be mended before I would consider you for mod.
