I was reading through admin applications and a few things really bothered me (reoccuring things).

1) First post on forums is to apply for admin...seriously you didnt even first introduce yourself, no one knows who you are >.<

2) Doesnt read the sticky and use the format. There is a clearly labeled blue "read me". You really expect you can be admin when you can't even follow those simple directions and read?

3) Do you have a minimum of 1 month on the server with at least 40 hours of play?
Not sure if people dont understand the question but everyone seems to lie about their playtime. Dont apply if you have less, its an admin application, they will check for sure how many hours you have. Lying just shows you are not qualified...

Not sure about you guys but reading them made me want to bang my head on the table

Lastly I just want to say how nicely admins handle these applications and welcome people even if they dont read stuff. Stickies say that they will be ignored or deleted, but you guys still take the time to reply and redirect them. All in all I have much respect for the work you guys do around here.

The TF2 Admins are nicer because we've been around for less time than the CS Admins.
We will probably eventually get to the point of just ignoring people if they don't follow the format.

I followed the server instructions to go to darklygaming.net to apply for admin. I guess I figured people on the server would know me. So I posted on the welcome thread after I had posted my admin application, as I just came here from a message on the server.

You'll never meet a bigger dickhead admin than me. When we were growing this little joint, when a new admin would ban someone, I would pose as them on the forums, troll the shit out them, till rage point, then pull their admin.

You have to have a cool head to be an admin with TD. Just because you meet the minimum requirements, doesn't mean, you'll cut the mustard

haha Leroy. That reminds me of the time $tve came in the server as "TD|Mahone", and he had admin! I was shocked! I immediately logged in as my brother (BHA at the time), revoked his admin, and banned him. Fuckin $tve was lol'ing shit out of his underpants hahahaha
