Problems With !Rules

I've been deciding whether I should post this thread or not for about 2 weeks and I thinks it's about time I have made the thread. The !rules in Trading server #4 NEVER worked once for me. I even asked a few people in the server and apparently they cannot get it to work either. The only time I see the rules is when I first join the server which pops up immediately as you enter the server but other than that I could never get it to pop up for me. Please look into this and other players that play on TF2 Trading Server #4 please check this and leave a reply below about your results. Thank you

This has been brought up a few times this week.
Most of the !____ commands are not functioning properly right now but Gatherix will be looking into it soon, hopefully.

Gatherix is planning to do a big update and bug fix over his Christmas break.
As he is the only work solidly working on the servers right now, and has a huge amount of school work, all we can do is be patient and thank him for all the hard effort he puts in.
