you on firmware 1.13?
when does it crash? when swapping sensitivity stages or when clicking the icon?

I have a Razer Lycossa keyboard, its nice but it used to randomly stop functioning. I would have to unplug it for 15secs or so to get it to work. What i did that fixed until the next drivers came out was, uninstalled the drivers and used windows default drivers. It worked fine for me after that. Don't know if that will help you or not

My razer mouse works well, then randomly switches profile within hours on the comp. Click a button and back to norms tho

isn't the naga the MMO mouse with the bajillion buttons? The DPI button should be a firmware feature which means you should be able to exit the software and still have it work but the software-dependent buttons won't work. Bleh. I f'n hate mouse software
