A lot of people are voting, but no one seems to be using the poll question feature.
It could be useful ror recruitement, map votes, etc.

Is it working ?

what are you talking about silence lol.... we use the poll question when all the applications have been submitted and we post it or the TD members in the 'Private Section' to vote on...

'+1' just means they support the person, letting them know...

It is also used to support topics such as 'Brains is the gayest member of TD', then you would +1

Silence, we use polls in the private sections esp. during recruitment voting by TD members so that every vote stays private.

In general though, the +/-1 method works very well
