I'm New Here
I think everyone by now knows how crazy good the Desert Eagle is at the moment. However honestly I feel like pistols in general got a massive buff. Whether or not its truly bad for the balance of the game is up in the air for me, but here's some things I thought should also raise concerns.
1. Glock can now 1-shot players with no helmet at mid range. It feels more accurate too but it could just be variance since I played with this pistol the least.
2. P2000 is very accurate and its dmg is essentially up there with the p250. Main drawback is its firing speed.
3. As if the p250 wasn't already good, they reduced the cost.
4. And ah yes, setting aside that deagles now 2 shots everyone, the actual damage values makes it even worse. Getting shot by a deagle puts you anywhere below 30 hp which makes you an easy target to finish off by any other gun. Vice versa getting shot to 70 hp now puts you at a severe risk of getting 1 shot by a deagle bullet.
I don't think this changes pub server play that much, after all we've put up with P90s for ages now. But I hope Valve reconsiders some of these changes for competitive play, especially deagles.
PS. Rifles feel awesome now.
