Bills and Buds hold value but you aren't looking at losing a lot of potential increased value. I cashed all my buds and bills @ $31 and $11 1 year ago, they haven't gone up all that much since then.*also note I sold mine for cheaper then the regular price at that time, so I didn't have to worry about getting scammed like Phear just did.
