I'm angry and I screwed up but you can't blame me. I'm sorry for hitting Town Drunk I actually consider him a friend in game. I did not deserve the treatment that I received on your server though. Here is what happened. The ban is only an hour but I never deserved anything but support in following the rules. When the admins don't enforce the rules and bitch at the players being abused by team killers then you can't expect your regulars not to get angry. I just put this up for documentation. You had so many Darkly players on and no one did anything. If I had a tag on this would have never have happened. I do love your servers... please forgive my being so pissed. You guys know I am a loyal player of about 1.5 years and try never to cause any trouble. This Qball guy should have been banned after his third TK... Again I apologize about Town Drunk getting killed. I was lead to him after Qball started shooting at me yet a 4th time in spawn different map and I finally had it and shot at him... hit Town... of all the people... and yes I feel badly about it. I like that guy.

Drunk did nothing. just kept telling us all to shut the f up. Qball shot me again and then ran by town drunk... idiot me i shot and killed the wrong guy.. I got kicked or banned. can you do something about this? That ass qball is on right now and this should have never have happened. Town drunk had multiple rounds to correct the situation. I followed the rules and he did nothing to fix it.. i was getting killed in spawn on buys... i finall shot back and drunk just said to stop so i did... and yet again that f in ass qball killed me... no action by town drunk. PS ... I'm sure that the ones that made fun of me from Darkly will say I was bitching too much.. I was bitching... wouldn't you have after 2 then 3 kills and an attempted 4th with no admins acting?

No admins were acting because the darkly tag does not signify admin, nor does TD for that matter. I personally (as an admin) need to witness the the tk before I can act upon it. Whether frustrated or not, retaliating by tk'ing a player in spawn, admin or not, is the wrong way to deal with it . Ivelayed with you long enough to know that you know better, especially here on our server. We are all here to relax and have fun, simple as that. Until I joined the server (after you got tk'd) there was no admin to deal with the potential problem. I try to do my best to help regulate the server, and in my opinion this incident should have been minor, but was blown out of proportion. Next time calmly ask me to assess the situation. Obviously there was nothing personal, and I hope you still want to come to TD and play for fun.

No hard feelings. You are a good guy Town... I appreciate you remaining calm in this forum and giving me some credit. Please watch Qball next time we are both on. If he kills me even once it's time for you to consider a ban. You do NOT have to see him when the console clearly shows who killed who after I pointed it out. His laughs should have been more than enough with the console to know he was being abusive. That is all that I ask. I guarantee this asshole is going to see how long he can get away with this. I WILL shot him back if he is not dealt with though I have no intentions of breaking the rules. Please remember the rules are supposed to work for your patrons not for assholes that come in to cause trouble. I say this with respect. I just think he should have been dealt with when I typed it and broadcasted that I was being intentionally shot in spawn and the console clearly showed him doing it round after round.

Thanks for listening. Again, no hard feelings. Your server is the only one that I play on other than a zombie server now and then. I want to stay and enjoy playing for years to come. You are all a good group.

Ok Scott, next time we'll try to deal with the situation better before things get out of hand. Its nice that we can do this as mature adults, and let it all be water under the bridge. See you on the server soon!
