New server and skins?

is new server not allowing custom skins/sounds to be used? i don't have any of the originals so some sounds are being distorted or some shit and game crashes without fail every single time i spend more than 3 minutes :( doesn't happen on any other server

TD's always been sv_pure. Like pyro says, weapon skins yes, player models no. I'm not sure about sounds, but I imagine they should be stock (no metal ladder sounds for footsteps, you panzies lol).

weapon skins did work before but not anymore. and i don't know what the deal is with sounds because i kept all the original sounds but that is what is causing my game to crash now. i don't know why you suggest to reinstall 47 because my game works perfectly on every other server, and it worked fine on the last TD server so i don't understand what changed and why it changed and why the commands from the previous server weren't just copied over to the new one. TD and custom skins is the only reason I still play this game so help me out :(

lol fuck you SJ. i think weapon skins need to be added to the whitelist. Shotgun will be glad to fix the issue as soon as the motor burns out on his Asshammer machine.

have you tried deleting all of your downloaded content from the TD server? does the kick message or console say which file is causing the problem?

i just get red error messages saying this and that sound isnt being found then at some random point a sound tries to play that crashes the whole game cant figure out what sound it is but it happens every five minutes bleh
