Need tablet recommendations

I need a tablet PC soon for uploading photos and general basic interweb shit while traveling, but I don't plan nor want to spend a lot of money on it because they're still shit for speed and I'm not sure how much use I'll get out of it once I'm back home. So, recommendations? I've been looking at THIS but it's about a hundred bucks more than I'd be interested in spending.

I have a Toshiba Thrive. I like it okay...prices have dropped significantly from their release as well.

Acer's got two killers (bang for buck, at least), the W500 and A500 (one's Windows 7 and one's Android 3.0). Keep an eye out for HP's "Slate" featuring WebOS, they just announced they've discontinued it and I've already got an employee pricing plan at work and can get it CHEAP. If you want one, I can get it for about $300.
