Alright, a couple of pro tips of making amazing posters like me and Cmp. You gotta have lighting. Without that, it just looks bland, like oatmeal. Too much lighting is also bad, so just add 2 types of lighting, the main, which (in my opinion) should be a bit darker than the second light, which is the rim light. I put my rim light in the top back of my character, and out it at almost maximum brightness. It makes your character stand out. Second, don't do unnecessary effects in your picture, and not all pictures need filters. That's all the tips I have, so good luck with your posters!
