It is a rank...you have to get like what is it.. 2999 kills or something? Thing is, if you want it to stay like that you cant get any more kills
Or mabey that is totally ordinary...

Strange weapons are really not hard to get kills, if you play a class as you are good at it, also the server is full of avarage players, really not hard. I think i spent around a month on that diamond botkiller. Also played other classes except sniper, never farmed it. ( Also played a lot of sniper vs sniper )
