Another report by me. This one might not have enough proof but this serious.
Alright, so this guy by the name of Homelees Cookie, has been on the server the past couple days on Trade/Idle #2, and been nothing but trouble. Homeless has been causing nothing but trouble. He constantly talks over EVERYONE on the mic, can't get a word in edge-wise, and I know this sounds childish, but he was literally "killing our braincells". He's been firing the fuel for him getting humiliatied on the mic, and with him it's just getting out of hand. Just today, Me and Matthew have been muting him when he joins the server at certain, joins back, and does it again, it's one of those rinse and repeat cycles.
And today, Homeless was doing what I previously stated, know both Matthew and Happystix were on the server when this happened, he tried to act as a moderator by saying he would ban some players for something I don't know what now, but past couple days, he's been nothing but trouble. I had to mute him a few times cause I was honestly getting fed up by it, and so has Matthew.
This may not be enough to file a report/complain, but you talk to Matthew, he's honestly fed up with him, and I am also. This guy has been bending the rules WAY too long, I think he needs a vaction form the server.

As I just told Matthew in Steam Chat, unfortunately, without a shred of proof, I cannot do anything at this time. I will keep an eye on this player, but I invite you to resubmit a report when you have some sort of proof.

While, I agree more proof is needed, it is difficult to get proof from the mic. However, I have been on the server with cookie and agree 100% with Sir X, the fact the Homeless Cookie uses the "Darkly" tag but (from what I can tell) is not part of our Community should be enough to at least get a temporary ban.

New people on the Darkly servers, may not be aware that Homeless Cookie is in fact not a member of Darkly and may think we are all like Homeless.

Tech has come up with some proof of what he does on a regular basis. He's made a ban request also for this player.

Understandable, but let's stay for instance I did ban Homeless based on this report (ie, no proof). If he were to dispute, what foundation could we use to uphold the ban? Yes, you guys are trusted regulars and Mods, but it's just not enough if there's not a single shred of evidence.

I understand it is frustrating and needing proof is not my saying that I don't believe you guys. I just can't do anything without a piece of evidence to even support it.

Tech's report has been accepted and Homeless Cookie will no longer be joining us on the servers, so I'll close this.

Impersonation of Moderators, DARKLY or another community is not going to be tolerated. Bring proof of impersonation and I will see that they lose access to trade servers beyond our network.

Sir X: Next time you have this incident, make sure you take evidence so it is not limited to a local ban.
