That's very typical because, I'm guessing, you sleep a good 8-9 hours a night? And the reason it happens in the morning is because every time a person sleeps, they go through sleep cycles. Each cycle lasts, more or less, 90 minutes, and at the end of each cycle, they have a dream. The first few cycles, the end of the cycle, (The dream time) is very short. They get a little longer as you progress through your sleep. The reason you go lucid in the morning is because the dream time is the longest then. So it allows your brain to focus on the dream. Like, you know when you don't go lucid and you remember the dreams later and they're blurry and stuff? That's your last, or second to last dream cycle. Those dreams are much longer and much more vivid, so that's why they pop out more than the others, and that's why your brain remembers them. But on the subject of lucid, did you train yourself to do that, or did it just come natural to you?
