LOOKING TO BE AN ADMIN

i was on the trade_minecraft_b38 server and an auto message said to come to this website to apply to be an admin and im not sure where to apply so if an admin or the owner can check this out and send me a message that would be great im just saying im pretty worthy of being an admin cause i have a pretty large raffle group (raffles are free) and i have never been reported for scamming and i have a good steam rep and really expensive backpack so i can trade people and see if they would try to scam me if i pretended not be an admin etc. so if someone can help me apply that would be great thanks

So do a lot of regulars at DGN...who would like admin...who have applied for admin...and applied correctly...and have more than one two posts on forums...
