I think there's been some kind of confusion in the thread

When Cock said "As an admin I can't use such a feature incase of racist fucks."
He meant the local mute. Because muting people for himself would mean that he can't hear them if they are being dicks to the other players.

Then I guess everyone thought Brades wasn't letting him use the Admin mute or that there was a problem with Admins being able to mute people

Just thought I should help.

Hey guys, not sure if you know this, but to turn down voice volume of everyone, since csgo makers are idiots.
put voice_scale 0.4
or 0.3 0.5 just less than 1.0. in console. Enjoy not having your ears bleed while hearing footsteps.

That's nice to know. I don't really have a problem with the output volume though...only with Satanic Hamster yelling into his mic...

Pretty much hate everyone who uses mic in csgo, members included
