How do you get a skin like this ...

I have seen the odd player have a skin like this .. but very rarely. I just happened to notice it .. and took a screen shot... don't have any info other than the screen shot ... but how do you get a skin like this... it confuses me .. and that is easily done.

Aaaahhaaaaa .... thanks Glock ... I just figured it out!!! I forgot to put the Rohypnol in my scotch before playing. If anyone of you ever get to go for a ride in my van ... I should confess my candies have Rohypnol in them. You will love the ride and not remember a thing. Expect Spinny ...he doesn't care.
