And Newb said he wants it closed for now, since he is taking a break and focusing on school, as his marks went down since his decision. I have seen his marks - they went from A's to C's and D's from the last 3 tests he did and got back after the decision.

BRO, how can you just turn your back on the name that given to you? You should be elated that you've been given a name by me, and the OG's in general. Only very few people have ever been renamed, and they've embraced it and love it! Just ask guys like ArticAshtray (formerly ArcticAstray), TD is #1 (formerly I don't know even what his name was, but he stuck with it!) and many, many more.
